Q: How do I apply as a Golden Family member?
A: You may register for a free membership online at www.goldenmoments.sg/register

Q: What will I receive when I sign up for Golden Family membership?
A: You will receive double points upon your first purchase.

Q: What is the validity of my membership?
A: Your membership is valid for lifetime.

Q: What is the minimum age that I can apply as a member?
A: You must be at least 16 years of age in the calendar year of application.

Q: Why should I subscribe to the Golden Family mailing list?
A: By checking the subscription box, you can receive the latest news on upcoming members’
promotions, rewards, invitations to events and more!

3. USING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Q: Where do I update my personal particulars?
A: To update or view your personal particulars, simply log in to your account via the
members’ portal at https://goldenmoments.sg/just-for-you

Q: Can I start earning Golden points immediately if I apply as a member?
A: Yes, you will earn double points on your first purchase upon creating your account.
However, do note that the Golden points earned can only be redeemed from the second
purchase onwards.

Q: What are my membership privileges during my birthday month and anniversary?
A: Please refer to table below.

*Double points reward is capped at 500 points per transaction and up to 3 transaction within
birthday month.

Q: Is my membership transferable?
A: No. Membership is non-transferable.

Q: How do I know the expiry of Golden points accumulated of my membership?
A: The expiry date of your Golden points will be reflected on the bottom of your e-invoice.
Alternatively, please login to your account via https://goldenmoments.sg/just-for-you to check
the expiry of your Golden points.

Q: Can I use my membership together with any other promo codes and credit card
promotions?
A: No. Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other credit cards, bank/
merchant rewards vouchers, promo codes unless specified.

Q: Does my membership privileges apply for purchase of Golden Moments gift cards?
A: No. Membership privileges do not apply for purchase of Golden Moments gift cards.

Q: My Golden points is not updated in my account. What should I do?
A: You may email us at [email protected] to investigate on the matter. You will be
requested to provide supporting receipts to assist in the investigation. However, members are
encouraged to check their Golden points that are reflected on the bottom of the e-invoice
upon each sales transaction to avoid discrepancies.

Q: Would my Golden points be reflected immediately once I make a purchase?
A: Yes. Golden points are usually reflected real time, but a time lapse may be expected. It is
best to check your balance after 1 working day.

Q: Is there a limit to how much Golden points I can earn?
A: No. We do not set any limit to the amount of Golden points earned except for bonus points.

4. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

Q: How do I terminate my membership?
A: Members may, at any time, terminate their membership via email
